By purchasing a Motherhood in Blooms Flower CSA share, whether for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. CSA Membership & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your place in the selected CSA season.
All CSA purchases are final. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our product, no full or partial refunds will be issued once a share/SUBSCRIPTION has been purchased.
If you are unable to complete your season, you may transfer your remaining share to another individual.
The new shareholder must pay you directly.
Motherhood in Blooms does not facilitate transfers or manage payments between private parties.
Your CSA membership secures your share of the farm’s seasonal flower production for the selected season.
2. Share Dates & Seasonal Variability
Flower CSA start and end dates are approximate and dependent upon seasonal growing conditions, weather, and crop readiness.
Motherhood in Blooms will communicate all updates and official start dates via email. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they are receiving communications. If you do not receive email updates near the projected start date, you must contact us at:
motherhoodinblooms@GMAIL.com
We are not responsible for missed communications due to spam filters or incorrect email entry.
3. Pickup & Local Delivery
Pickup Shares
If you select pickup:
You must collect your bouquet during the designated day and time window.
If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place.
Unclaimed bouquets will be forfeited and may be donated at our discretion.
No credits or refunds will be issued for missed pickups.
Local Delivery Shares
If you select delivery:
Delivery will occur within the scheduled delivery window.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate address details.
Motherhood in Blooms is not responsible for bouquets once delivered to the address provided.
If you will be out of town or unavailable, you are responsible for arranging an alternate recipient. No credits or makeups will be provided for missed deliveries or pickups.
4. Changes to Your Share
Once your CSA is purchased and confirmed:
Pickup locations cannot be changed.
Delivery addresses cannot be modified after the seasonal cutoff date.
Alternate pickup dates are not available.
Missed weeks cannot be extended or rescheduled.
Shares cannot be paused.
You may transfer your share to another individual at any time, but Motherhood in Blooms does not manage or coordinate those transfers.

If a location does not meet the required minimum, Motherhood in Blooms reserves the right to:
Cancel that pickup location
Offer you an alternate pickup site
Provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is available
6. Sharing the Risks & Rewards of Farming
