Cancellations

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:
Standard orders canceled more than 48 hours before delivery may receive store credit or refund at our discretion.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery are generally non-refundable.
Custom arrangements may not be refundable once design work has begun.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
7. Delivery Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Recipient unavailability
Theft or damage after confirmed delivery
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

Final Payment
Final balance is typically due 14–30 days prior to the event date.
Changes & Cancellations

Event cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits and payments depending on timing.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Crop failure
Supplier shortages
Acts of God
Government restrictions
9. Flower Care & Disclaimer
Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care.
We are not responsible for reduced longevity due to:
Improper care
Extreme temperatures
Pets
Failure to add water
Delayed unpacking
Some flowers and plants may be toxic to pets. Customers are responsible for researching plant safety.
10. Intellectual Property
